I am a university graduate. Can I find a job with you? Yes. For university graduates we have our graduate program. Go to that page to find more information. How does the selection procedure usually work? Our company selection procedures have 2-3 rounds. If your CV is assessed favourably you will be invited for an interview. Interviews are usually attended by an employee recruitment specialist, and also the future worker's manager. The interview will last for 30 - 60 minutes. If necessary, you will be asked to come for another interview or to go to the assessment centre. It usually takes 2-4 weeks to be invited for the first interview and to take part in the following rounds of the selection procedure. How will I find out about the final result of the selection procedure? You will be notified in writing within 14 days of the end of the selection procedure. What is the "assessment centre"? The assessment centre is a modern method for assessing workers' abilities which is also used when selecting new employees. A group of applicants solve a number of case studies and model situations in conditions which are as close as possible to those that they would meet in that job position. There are also psychological, language and other tests. The performances and behaviour of participants are carefully monitored by a team of specialists from the human resources department and close future colleagues, mostly superiors. Usually one day is spent in the assessment centre. If you attend the assessment centre, you should consider it as a key part of the selection procedure. Who will have access to my CV and other materials? We consider all your materials to be strictly confidential. Only employees from the personnel department and managers of the department, which the position applies to, have access to them. What benefits does the Zentiva group offer?
